Sophia is a registered yoga practitioner who is also certified in CPR and First Aid. She is also a certified personal trainer and has experience in professionally training clients in kickboxing and Wim Hof breathwork. She has experience in tae kwon do, krav maga, karate, and wing chun kung fu and enjoys blending aspects of martial arts into her sessions.
Sophia is a free-spirited rebel and truth seeker who continues to challenge the status quo of health and wellness. She has an unwavering love for people and fiercely believes each and every person should lead joyful and fearless lives.
Sophia’s mission is to guide inspired individuals to discover and embody their authentic power, health, and vitality through one-on-one personal yoga training. She is inspired to guide her clients to connect with their body on an even deeper and integrated level.
